How to order online using financing?
While we cannot currently accept payments for orders using financing through our website. If you would like to place an order online using one of our financing promotions, please follow these instructions:
- Please note: Financing is only available for those customers and orders within our local delivery area
- After being approved for financing, make sure to print out the page containing your credit limit and new Bernie & Phyl's account number.
Send an email to
sales@bernieandphyls.com with:
- The sku, description, and quantity of each item you would like to purchase
- The name and billing address on your financing account
- The delivery address or which store you would like to pick up your order in
- The financing promotion you would like to apply to your order
- A phone number where we can contact you to confirm the order and schedule delivery.
- Make sure you do NOT send your financing account number in this email. You will be asked for your finance account number when you are contacted to confirm your order and schedule delivery.
After receiving your email order, we will process your order and contact you to schedule delivery or in store pickup within 24 hours.
How to apply for Bernie & Phyl's Financing?
We currently offer financing through our provider, Wells Fargo Financial Bank in the form of a Bernie & Phyl’s credit card. Approved applicants can purchase products from us and pay for the merchandise through the terms of the agreement.

If you would like to apply for financing for a Bernie & Phyl’s purchase, you may click the button below and you will be linked to a Wells Fargo Financial page in a new browser window. The Wells Fargo site will walk you through the application process. Within a minute you’ll see a new page notifying you as to whether or not your application has been approved. If you have been approved, this page will state your credit limit and account number.
