How to Order Online Using Bernie & Phyl's Financing

While we cannot currently accept payments for orders using financing through our website (stay tuned - this will change soon!), if you would like to place an order online using one of our financing promotions, simply send an email to sales@bernieandphyls.com with:

The sku, description, and quantity of each item you would like to purchase
Your Bernie & Phyl's financing account number or approval number if it's a new finance account
The name and billing address on your financing account
The delivery address or which store you would like to pick up your order in
The financing promotion you would like to apply to your order

After receiving your email order, we will process your order and contact you to schedule delivery or in store pickup within 24 hours.

How to Apply Online for Bernie & Phyl's Financing

We currently offer financing through our provider, HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A in the form of a Bernie & Phyl’s credit card. Approved applicants can purchase products from us and pay for the merchandise through the terms of the agreement.

If you would like to apply for financing for a Bernie & Phyl’s purchase, you may click the button at the bottom of this page and you will be linked to the HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. Web Site. The HSBC site will walk you through the application process. Within a minute you’ll see a new page notifying you as to whether or not your application has been approved. If you have been approved, this page will state your credit limit and account number.

You may make a purchase online using a newly approved financing application by sending an email to sales@bernieandphyls.com with:

The sku, description, and quantity of each item you would like to purchase
Your Bernie & Phyl's financing account number or approval number if it's a new finance account
The name and billing address on your financing account
The delivery address or which store you would like to pick up your order in
The financing promotion you would like to apply to your order

For security purposes, for online orders we require that when you pick up your merchandise or have it delivered that you provide proof of identification and sign the shipping manifest and/or credit application.

If you visit a store with a newly approved financing account, make sure to let the Office or Sales personnel know that you were approved online. They will locate your account, have you sign a hard copy of the agreement, take a copy of your valid I.D. and you will be all set.
