Bernie & Phyl's Protection Kit or a mattress pad warranty program.

Bernie & Phyl's Leather Protection Program
5 Year Limited Warranty
If you purchase a Bernie & Phyl's Leather Protection Kit with your leather furniture purchase, we will provide a leather protection
warranty on your new furniture for 5 years.
The details of the 5 year leather protection limited warranty are as follows:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This warranty covers finished top coated leathers for food and beverage stains,
human and pet bodily fluids and any accidental tears, burns or punctures to
leather or vinyl. All claims must be reported to Bernie & Phyl's
by the original purchaser within five (5) days of the date of one of the above
mentioned incidents. To report a claim please call our Customer Care
Department at (800) 244-9350 and select Option 2 to speak with a Bernie &
Phyl’s Customer Care Specialist. Please have your store receipt available.
Stains caused by food or beverage spills and human or pet bodily fluids must
be blotted immediately with the dry soft absorbent cloth provided at the time
of purchase. In the event the stain becomes permanent from accidental food or
beverage spills, human or pet bodily fluids and the special cleaner does not
remove the stain or in the event of an accidental tear, burn of puncture under
the terms and conditions of this liimted warranty, Bernie & Phyl's, at its
discretion, will provide the following services:
- Have the stained area cleaned, and retreated by an authorized Bernie &
Phyl's technician to the fullest possible degree at no cost to the customer.
- If the stain cannot be removed by a Bernie & Phyl's technician, we
will re-upholster the stained area to the fullest possible degree. Bernie
& Phyl's reserves the right to service the affected piece in the home
or pick it up for shop repair if necessary within 50 miles of the closest
store.
- Have the torn, burned, or punctured area serviced by an authorized Bernie
& Phyl's technicial to the fullest possible degree at no cost to the customer.
- If the torn, burned or punctured area cannot be repaired by a Bernie &
Phyl's technician, we will re-upholster the area to the fullest possible degree.
If steps 1 thru 4 cannot be accomplished, at Bernie & Phyl's discretion,
the affected piece only will be replaced upon return or the original purchaser
may select a new piece of furniture of equal value and quality.
Please note: Once the piece has been replaced the warranty
has been fulfilled and a new warranty would need to be purchased under the same
terms and conditions
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
- Any staining, tear, burn or puncture caused by an act of abuse, neglect,
vandalism, misuse of the teated leather or vinyl, acts of which would cause
abnormal discoloration or deterioration of treated leather or vinyl, normal
everyday soiling, dirt, fire, flood, wind, lightning, hail, snow, rain, sun,
stone, sand, harsh or corrosive chemicals, acids, plant food, fertilizer,
bleach, inks, dyes, paints, nail polish, nail polish remover, hair gel, hair
spray, mousse, hair oil, perspiration, cosmetics, fading, accumulated multiple
stains, and anything not specifically mentioned as covered.
- Treated leather or vinyl which has already been repaired or replaced unless
leather or vinyl has been properly retreated with Bernie & Phyl's leather
protection.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or improper cleaning materialsthat
were used other than Bernie & Phyl's.
- Furniture that has been located in a business, commercial, school, dorm
or rental property.
- Damage caused by moving furniture.

Bernie & Phyl's Fabric Stain Protection Program
5 Year Limited Warranty
If you purchase a Bernie & Phyl's Fabric Stain Protection Kit with your fabric
upholstered furniture purchase, we will provide a stain protection limited warranty
on your new furniture for 5 years.
The details of the 5 year stain protection warranty are as follows:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your furniture will be professionally treated before delivery to resist food
and beverage spills, and human or pet bodily fluids. All claims must
be reported to Bernie & Phyl's by the original purchaser within five (5)
days of the above menioned incidents with a description of the stain.
To report a claim please contact our Customer Care Department at (800) 244-9350
and select Option 2 to speak with a Bernie & Phyl’s Customer Care
Specialist. Please have your store receipt available.
Stains caused by food or beverage spills and human or pet bodily fluids must

- Have the stained area cleaned and re-treated by an authorized Bernie &
Phyl's technician to the fullest possible degree at no cost to the customer.
- If the stain cannot be removed by a Bernie & Phyl's technician, we will
re-upholster the stained area to the fullest possible degree. Bernie &
Phyl's reservers the right to service the affected piece in the home or pick
it up for shop repair if necessary within 50 miles of the closest store.
If steps 1 thru 3 cannot be accomplished, at Bernie & Phyl's discretion,
the affected piece only will be replaced upon return or the original purchaser
may re-select a new piece of furniture of equal value and quality.
Please note: Once the piece is replaced the warranty is fulfilled
and a new warranty will need to be purchased under the same terms and conditions.
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:

that were used other than Bernie & Phyl's.
- Furniture that has been located in a business, commercial, school, dorm
or rental property.
- Damage caused by moving furniture.
- Dye lot differences.

Bernie & Phyl's Wood Protection Program
5 Year Limited Warranty
If you purchase a Bernie & Phyl's Wood Protection Kit with your wood furniture
purchase, we will provide a wood protection warranty on your new furniture that
not only will protect your new wood furniture, but will also extend the structural
warranty on your furniture to 5 years.
The details of the 5 year limited extended warranty are as follows:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This warranty applies to clear-coated and lacquered wood furniture that becomes
permanently stained from any food or beverage normally consumed by humans, or
becomes damaged from accidental heat marks, accidently liquid rings, accidental
scratches or gouges that penetrate the clear-coat finish, and accidental structural
damage. All claims must be reported to Bernie & Phyl's by the original
purchaser within five (5) days of the date of one of the above mentioned incidents.
To report a claim please call our Customer Care Department at (800) 244-9350
and select Option 2 to speak with a Bernie & Phyl’s Customer Care
Specialist. Please have your store receipt available.
Stains caused by food or beverage spills must first be treated with the furniture
cream provided at the time of the occurrence. In the event the stain becomes
permanent from accidental food or beverage spills, and the special cleaner does
not remove the stain or in the event of accidental heat marks, liquid rings,
scratches, and accidental structural damage, under the terms and conditions
of this limited warrants, Bernie & Phyl's, at its discretion, will provide
the following services:
- Have the stained area cleaned and re-treated by an authorized Bernie &
Phyl's technician to the fullest possible degree at no cost to the customer.
- If the stain cannot be cleaned by a Bernie & Phyl's technician, we will
re-finish the stained area to the fullest possible degree. Bernie & Phyl's
reserves the right to to service the affected piece in the home or pick it
up for shop repair if necessary within 50 miles of the closest store.
- Have the heat marked, liquid marked, scratches, and accidental strutural
damaged area serviced by an authorized Bernie & Phyl's technician to the
fullest possible degree at no cost to the customer.
If steps 1 thru 3 cannot be accomplished, at Bernie & Phyl's discretion
the affected piece only will be replaced upon return or the original purchaser
may re-select a new piece of furniture of equal value and quality.
Please note: Once the piece has been replaced the warranty
has been fulfilled and a new warranty would need to be purchased under the same
terms and conditions.
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
- Any heat marked, liquid marked, gouged or scratched finish caused by an
act of abuse, neglect, vandalism, surface scratches in the clear coat finish,
misuse of the wood surface, acts which would cause abnormal discoloration
or deterioration of the wood finish, normal everyday soiling, dirt, fire,
flood, wind, lightning, hail, snow, rain, sun, stone, sand, harsh or corrosive
chemicals, acids, plant food, fertilizer, bleach, inks, dyes, paints, nail
polish, nail polish remover, hair gel, hair spray, mousse, hair oil, perspiration,
cosmetics, fading, accumulated multiple stains, and anything not specifically
mentioned as covered.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or improper cleaning materials
that were used other than Bernie & Phyl's.
- Furniture that has been located in a business, commercial, school, dorm
or rental property.
- Damage caused by moving furniture.

Guard Master Mattress Pad Warranty Program
10 Year Limited Warranty
By purchasing a Bernie & Phyl's Guard Master mattress protector with your
mattress purchase, we will extend the warranty on your new mattress to 10 years
through Guard Master.

Sealy Posturpedic RightTouch Mattress Warranty Program
Please note: Sealy Posturpedic RightTouch air beds are warrantied through
Sealy, and all warranty claims must be made by contacting Sealy Customer Service
at 1-866-BESTBED or writing to Sealy Customer Service, PO Box 2212, Carlsbad,
New Mexico 88220.
SEALY LIMITED WARRANTY
What is covered:
- Sealy warrants any component of your mattress and.or foundation other than
the air chambers, hoses, remote control units, remote control cords, and air
pump will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a perios of
20 years from the original purchase date.
- Sealy warrants that your air chambers, hoses, remote control units, remote
control cords and air pump will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date.
- Warrant it limited to product repair of replacement only.
What is not covered:
- Conditions arising from normal wear and tear (including, but are not limited
to:)
- mattress cover compression
- foam compression
- discoloration of components
- Damage from tampering with any component or from opening the hand control
unit.
- Damage from misuse or abude of the warranter product or component.
- Damage from laundering or dry-cleaning.
- Acts of God, such as but not limited to lightning damage.
What you must do:
- Return the warranted product or component in sanitary condition to the authorized
Sealy service center. Sealy will incur the cost of shipping up to two years
after the original purchase date; after two years, the return shipping to
Sealy will be at the customer's expense.
What Sealy will do:
- For mattress and/or foundation components other than the air chambers, hoses,
remote control unites, remote control cords and air pump, Sealy will replace
the defective product or component at a cost to the original purchaser based
on the following table. The "price" is the price of the defective
product or component at the time the warranty claim is made, or the price
of a comparable product or component if the original product or component
is no longer in production

- For example, if a warranty claim arises 12 years after the original purchase

- Sealy reserves the right to substitute products or components of equal or
better quality, and to use or deliver refurbished products or components in
the repair of replacement of any product under this limited warranty.
- For up to 2 years from the original date of purchase Sealy will replace
the air chambers, hoses, remote control units, remote control cords and air
pump at no charge.
What will void this warranty:
- Tampering with any component or opening the hand control unit.
- Misuse or abuse of the warranted product or component.
- Sale, transfer or other disposal of the warranted product or component.
Limitations:
- Your exclusive remedy, IN LIEU OF ALL INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE, is limited to replacement of any product
or component deemed to be defective under the terms and conditions stated
above. Sealy will bear no other damages or expenses.
- Customer maintains responsibility for installation or parts replaces under
terms of the warranty.
- Sealy reserves the right to refuse to repair or replace any product or component
that is returned in an unsanitary condition.
- This Limited Warranty applies only to the product as used in the United
Stated. It is not applicable in U.S. territories or other countries.
- This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.
- Replacement of a product or component under the terms of this limited warranty
in no way lengthens the limited warranty period.
- ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION
TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Sealy Adjustable Bed PowerBASE 1-2-20 Warranty Program

PowerBASE 1-2-20 WARRANTY
Leggett & Platt, Incorporated ("L&P") warrants this adjustable
bed to the consumer who is the original purchaser (the "purchaser"),
subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty begins on
the "warranty commencement date" which is the date of purchase for
new unused beds and the date of manufacture for beds that have been used as
floor or display models. Thus, on a floor model bed, the warranty is a portion
of the 20-year warranty.
FULL 1 YEAR WARRANTY
This adjustable bed is warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials
for a period of one year from the warranty commencement date. Upon notice during
the first year after the warranty commencement date, L&P will repair or
replace (at no cost to the purchaser) any defective adjustable bed part, and
L&P will pay all authorized labor and transportation costs associated with
the repair or replacement of any parts found to be defective.
2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
During the second year from the warrant commencement date, upon receipt
of notice, L&P will replace any adjustable bed part found to be defective.
This limited two year warranty shall not apply unless the defective part is
returned within ten (10) days of purchaser's receipt of the replacement part.
Purchaser shall pay all service and transportation costs related to the replacement
of the defective part.
20-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Upon notice during the third through the twentieth years from the warranty commencement
date, L&P will replace, upon terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph,
any mechanical bed part found to be defective. Electronics, electrical
components, drive motors and massage motors are excluded. Purchaser
chall pay 1/18 of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied
by the number of years after two (2) years from the warranty commencement date,
and L&P shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. This
twenty (20) year warranty shall not apply unless the defective part is returned
to L&P within ten (10) days of purchaser's receipt of the replacement part.
Purchaser shall pay all servicce and transportation costs related to the replacement
of the defective part. After the twentieth year, purchaser shall bear the entire
cost of repair and replacement of all parts and materials including labor and
transportation.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This warranty does not apply; (a) to any damage caused by the purchaser; (b)
if there has been any repair or replacement of adjustable bed parts by an unauthorized
personl (c) if the adjustable bed has been mishandled (whether in transit or
by other means), subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise
operated in any manner incondidtent with the operation and maintenance procedures
outlines in the Owners Manual and this warranty; (d) to damage to mattresses,
fabric, cables, electrical cords or items supplied by dealers. Contact the dealer
for warranty information on these items; (e) if there has been any modification
of the adjustable bed without prior written consent by L&P;
(f) to costs for unnecessary service calls, including costs for in-home service
calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the adjustable
bed or finding an unsatisfactory power connection; (g) if the recommended weight
restrictions are not followed (300-Twin; 375-Full; 425-Queen), the warranty
will be void.
Repairs to or replacement of an adjustable bed or its components under the
terms of this limited warranty will apply to the original warranty period and
will not serve to extend such period.
The decision to repair of to replace defective parts under this warranty shall
be made, or cause to be made, by L&P at its option and in its sole discretion.
Repair or replacement shall be the sole remedy ofthe purchaser. There
shall be no liability on the part of L&P for any special, indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages or for any other damage, claim, or loss not expressly
covered by the terms of this warranty.
This limited warrant does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal,
installation, setup time, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses.
Leggett & Platt or its service technicians shall not be responsible for
moving furniture, removing headboards & footboards or any other items in
order to perform service on your adjustable bed.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide adequate space and
accessibility to the adjustable bed. In the event that the technician is unable
to perform service due to lack of accessibility, the service call will be billed
to the purchaser and the service will have to be rescheduled.
L&P makes no other warranty whatever, express or implied, and all
implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are
disclaimed by L&P and excluded from this agreement.
Some stated fo not allow the exclusion orlimitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to every purchaser.
This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser
may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warrant
is valid in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
