If, within 30 days after delivery, you happen to find the identical items advertised at a lower price by any other full service retailer within our market area, under the same terms and conditions of your purchase at Bernie and Phyl's, we will provide a gift card of 200% of the price difference between the net price after promotional offers, on the affected items.

This policy does not apply to the price of services, special orders, clearance goods, closeouts, manufacturer rebate offers or prices from web sites outside our market area.

Full Service Retailer is defined as any retail operation which stocks, delivers and provides post sale service on home furnishing products they sell.

Identical Item is defined as the exact same item, exact same manufacturers' style number, made by the same manufacturer with the exact same fabric, materials, finishes and warranty.
