Bernie and Phyl’s Furniture partners with many vendors whose furniture is crafted by skilled professionals. When COVID-19 became a concern, many of the vendors with which we do business chose to pause their production lines to help protect their employees and customers. Unfortunately, that pause in production has, in some cases, caused a delay in our supply chain, potentially resulting in longer than average wait times between your order being placed and having it delivered to your home. But today, our vendors and their employees are back doing what they love, designing and crafting furniture in the safest way possible, and they are working hard to get caught up with all of your orders so you can start enjoying your new furniture as soon as possible. We are taking the following steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 including the following:

In Our Stores, Corporate Offices, and Warehouses:

• Employees are required to wear cloth face coverings at all times while working and on the premises, and they are trained in the proper use of cloth face coverings.
• Employees are screened prior to each shift by answering a questionnaire and with temperature checks.
• Hand sanitizer is provided for both employees and customers throughout our facilities.  Proper hand washing with soap and warm water for 20 seconds throughout the day is emphasized.
• We are limiting the number of customers in our showrooms to allow for 6 feet of physical distance between one another.
• Cleaning protocols have been increased to include disinfecting frequently touched areas every two hours and disinfecting cashier stations between each customer.
• Partitions are in place at cashier stations.

Be Prepared for Your Shopping Trip!

• Please wear face coverings at all times while inside the store.
• Stay 6 feet apart from other customers and employees.
• While cash and checks are accepted at designated cashier stations, electronic payment is preferred.

Options for Receiving Your Merchandise

• All delivery and warehouse personnel are required to wear cloth face coverings.  
• Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided to delivery and warehouse personnel.
• Delivery trucks are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Premium Delivery 

Our expert delivery personnel will deliver your merchandise into your home, place it in the room of your choice, assemble it if required, clean up, and remove all packing materials.  

Threshold Delivery

Our expert delivery personnel will leave your merchandise in the first dry area on your property, such as a garage or covered porch, so you can be sure your delivery is protected from the elements.  

Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup is available at all of our open store locations.  Warehouse personnel will help load your merchandise into your vehicle upon request.  Please check your preferred store location’s pickup hours.
