How Our Industry is Helping
Klaussner home furnishings has dedicated a portion of its production to support immediate need for critical medical supplies in the fight against COVID-19, to help produce face masks in response to the nationwide shortage.
Bedgear is manufacturing KN95 respirators, surgical face masks and disposable scrubs for hospitals, nursing homes and first responders, and donating pillows to hospital staff members.
Tempur Sealy International is producing hospital beds for New York City, as well as increased mattress production for hospital overflow. In addition, one of their plants is producing a material to be used on CT and X-Ray Scanning tables.
Serta Simmons Bedding is donating 10,000 mattresses to New York city hospitals and temporary medical facilitites fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
